Couple other quick pieces of information: ∑ The website is updated with the great entertainment we have scheduled for the night. Check out the bands, DJ and singersí links on the Events Specifics page. ∑ Please remember any team members under 18 yrs must have a Youth Waiver form signed by a parent or guardian on file with the Planning Committee. The Youth Waiver forms can be found on the Forms page on the website. ∑ Donít forget to stock up on candy for the trick or treaters to each team site.
Rachel Peterson, Survivor Co-Chair, is interested in creating a Relay video specifically for Anthem. If you are interested in being interviewed (team members and/or survivors) for a few minutes on camera to ask you why you relay and why is this event important to you! Please contact Rachel via email or call phone if you have a few minutes (15minutes) and she will come to your house, or meet you somewhere in Anthem.
